Bringing Decades of Experience
Overall Artistry is owned by Cheryl Cline, who has spent decades bringing storefronts and spaces to life with bold, hand‑painted art. What started as a family tradition of painting Christmas windows has grown into a year‑round service for businesses and homeowners across eastern Idaho. From Rexburg to Blackfoot, her work can be spotted on restaurants, motels, medical centers, boutiques, and in neighborhood homes.
Cheryl specializes in painting office and storefront windows that stop people in their tracks. Whether it is a cheerful holiday scene, a playful character, or a promotion you want to highlight, she combines professional technique with the freedom of hand‑drawn art to make each window one‑of‑a‑kind. Many business owners invite her back season after season, turning her paintings into a tradition their customers look forward to every year.
From Ideas to Visual Joy
The creative process is where Cheryl is most at home. Often, she simply stands in front of a blank window, lets the space “speak,” and starts painting—allowing the design to unfold brushstroke by brushstroke. For her, painting is more than a job; it is her therapy, her favorite way to tell stories in color, and a chance to share a little joy with everyone who walks by.
Cheryl also loves weaving local flavor into her designs, celebrating the character of the community she serves. From familiar Idaho landscapes to playful nods to local businesses and traditions, her window art helps storefronts feel personal, welcoming, and distinctly “home.” She works closely with owners to capture their personality while still leaving room for spontaneity and surprise.
Leaving Lasting Impressions
Beyond windows, Cheryl creates custom murals for homes and businesses that are designed to be enjoyed for years. From a whimsical child’s bedroom to a statement wall in a living room or lobby, each mural is tailored to the space and the people who live or work there. Her goal is to create art that feels like it belongs—pieces that brighten everyday life, spark conversation, and bring warmth to the walls they’re painted on.
Whether you are a business owner hoping to turn your windows into an ever‑changing canvas, or a homeowner dreaming of a mural that makes your space feel truly unique, Cheryl would love to collaborate with you on your next project.
